The final concert in the Portfolio Series will be the USC Symphony Orchestra with Donald Portnoy conducting. Arthur Tollefson, pianist, will perform the Grieg Piano Concert in a grand concert of familiar classical music. An expert on the music of the Norwegian composer Edvard Grieg, Dr. Tollefson is an internationally recognized concert artist. In the United States he has performed with the San Francisco Symphony and under the baton of Robert Shaw, the Atlanta Symphony on six occasions. He is a signatory on the golden piano, marking the 100th anniversary of the Steinway Company. This concert will be presented at the Etherredge Center in partnership with USCA Aiken.
